Best Weeknight Meatloaf Ever

I just found this recipe on Pinterest last year but it's my go-to recipe for a quick meatloaf. It's fast, freezable, & versatile!



I love how many ways you can cook meatloaf. You can use a regular size bread loaf pan, 4 mini loaf pans, any size muffin tin to make personal size meatloaves, or freeze into an 8oz. wide-mouth Kerr Canning Jar and bake & freeze or freeze uncooked.

Easy Stove-Top Stuffing Meatloaf


PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOK TIME: 45 MINUTES TOTAL TIME: 55 MINUTES

This easy meatloaf recipe takes just minutes to prepare and it comes out perfectly delicious every time! It's pretty fail-safe.



INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, McCormick brown gravy mix, 2 eggs, garlic, Lawry's Seasoning Salt & Lawry's Seasoning Pepper with milk.

  • Grease a loaf pan (or see below for other options) with non stick spray and then press the ground beef mixture into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until no longer pink inside

  • Once baked, rest for 5 minutes while preparing the second package of gravy and then invert onto a plate.

  • Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of the meatloaf.
